Alright, here goes.

Yes, I think Zul has already introduced me so i do not need to introduce myself.

I figured out that HDB flats nowadays are looking like condominiums already. Existing HDB flats are gonna be turned into mini-condominiums. JUST LOOK AT MY HDB block of flats! They are gonna make each and every toilet and window pane IDENTICAL. plus, there is gonna be a lift in front of my house. The lift would be shared by two units at every floor. Something like a hotel/condominium? I do think so.

i mean, yes, we have to be open to changes. but where is the original Singapore’s HDB flavour ey? Soon, nobody would be able to distinguish the difference between HDB flats and also Condominiums.

If they were to give a name to blocks 41-45, i’m gonna smack their heads. We can be a little to the condominium side. BUT PLEASE NOT TOO MUCH! If they so wanna make everything Condominium-Private-Property-like, they might as well install a damn swimming pool plus a proper building for car parks.

But according to an artist’s impression, the playground is gonna be real nice. YAY TO ME! it’s been forever since i played at a playground ): and my block is turning green! just my favourite colour.
